Oh yes... One of the must have threads on any forum :)

What kind of system is everyone running?

Here is what I got:

Desktop --
Intel Core2Quad Q8400
8GB RAM
2 x 500GB WD5001AALS
RAID-1
2 x nVidia SLI-enabled Graphics
2 x HP 24" LCD
1 x HP 26" LCD
Win 7 Pro

I am by no means a gamer... More like a multitasker :) As someone who seams to always be doing 500 things at once, the 3 monitors come in handy.

Laptop is nothing special... Apple MacBook w/4GB RAM, 160GB HD, and Snow Leopard.

So now that you know what I run, let's here what everyone else has! :)

I actually just bought a MacMini from someone for a decent price :) Should be here later in the week.

I've contemplated turning my desktop into a hackintosh, but meh... I do love OS X, though :)

The iPad seems like a waste, in my opinion...

From my understanding it utilizes 3G internet service through AT&T and the browser does not support Flash/Java

It looks/seems like a giant iPod Touch. It does not run OS X so you cannot install traditional software... It would rely on "Apps" like the iPhone/iPod Touch.

Actually it will run either WiFi or 3G.
There are 2 different models. One with WiFi only and one with WiFi and 3G.

Yea the Flash/Java thing sucks but they can always be updated through a software update.
Still it is very nice and a great invention!
